Which plan is right for my business?

Choose Reception if you need calls answered and caller details captured. Connected adds calendar booking, reminders, call transfers and AI Chat Agent for your website. Complete adds lead follow-up, rebooking and CRM sync. For 4+ locations or high call volume, talk to us about Enterprise.

What is included in the 7-day free trial?

Your first 7 days are free, and setup is free too. We build, test and launch your agent with you. If it is not the right fit, cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.

Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes. Forward your existing number to your agent, or use the local phone number included with your plan. Additional local and toll-free numbers are available at the rates listed above.

Billing & flexibility

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Yearly billing is optional and gives you 12 months for the price of 10. Prices are in USD, per location, with taxes extra.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, and downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Start with the plan that fits your current workload and move up when you need more minutes or features.

How does pricing work for multiple locations?

Each location is priced separately and gets its own number, calendar and rules. The second location onward receives 15% off the plan rate. Enterprise offers custom volume pricing for larger operations.

Usage & extras

What counts toward my call minutes?

Talk time on calls your AI answers or makes counts toward your allowance. Usage is measured per second and rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Blocked spam calls do not count, and unused minutes do not roll over.

What happens if I exceed my allowance?

Your agent keeps working. Extra call minutes cost $0.29 per minute, extra SMS costs $0.025 per message segment, and MMS costs $0.05. You can also add 500 minutes for $129 per month. If you go over for 2 consecutive months, we will suggest a better-fitting plan.

Do I need to pay extra for AI Chat Agent?

AI Chat Agent is included in Connected, Complete and Enterprise. You can add it to Reception for $49 per month. Custom cloned brand voices are also available for $49 per month, and carrier texting registration is passed through at cost.
